Meet The Team

As Head of Fairbourne Properties, David leads the Team in creating value in Real Estate through acquiring, owning, and managing properties for its own account and in conjunction with best-in-class institutional partners.

Vivian is responsible for the real estate operations and property management for Fairbourne Properties. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, budget approval and management, capital expenditures, and maintenance.

George Manojlovic is an integral part of the Fairbourne team focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, asset management, development, and redevelopment of retail and office assets across the risk spectrum. 

Zoran Urosevic specializes in the acquisition of CBD office buildings and regionally dominant open-air retail centers. After the acquisition, Zoran remains involved as an asset manager working closely with the joint venture institutional capital partner.

Maureen has over 30 years of experience in accounting in a variety of sectors as well as over 10 years of experience in contract review. and negotiation related to securitizations.​

Laura joined Fairbourne Properties in January 2019 with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a Senior Manager of Acquisitions and Asset Management, Laura is responsible for the acquisition, disposition, asset management, and more.

Anna works with our institutional partners in the management of a 1.3 million square foot retail portfolio.  She is responsible for the day-to-day management, preparation of business plans, annual operating budgets, and monthly financial reporting.

Donna is responsible for an approximately two million square feet portfolio of power centers, community centers, and grocery-anchored shopping centers for Fairbourne.  Her responsibilities include budget preparation, lease compliance, and more.

Mike Fisher oversees all safety and physical aspects of Fairbourne’s portfolio as the Regional Director of
Security. He provides direct oversight of all security, life safety programs, and vendors including risk
reduction programs and emergency management.
