David W. Harvey
President and Managing Director
As Head of Fairbourne Properties, David leads the Team in creating value in Real Estate through acquiring, owning, and managing properties for its own account and in conjunction with best-in-class institutional partners.

Vivian Fields
Senior Vice President
Vivian is responsible for the real estate operations and property management for Fairbourne Properties. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, budget approval and management, capital expenditures and maintenance, and oversight of third-party vendors.

George Manojlovic
Senior Vice President
George Manojlovic is an integral part of the Fairbourne team focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, asset management, development, and redevelopment of retail and office assets across the risk spectrum.

Zoran Urosevic
Senior Vice President
Zoran Urosevic specializes in the acquisition of CBD office buildings and regionally dominant open-air retail centers. After acquisition, Zoran remains involved as an asset manager working closely with the joint venture institutional capital partner to implement the execution of the strategic business plan.

Laura Faber
Senior Manager - Acquisitions and Asset Management
Laura joined Fairbourne Properties in January 2019 with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a Senior Manager of Acquisitions and Asset Management, Laura is responsible for the acquisition, disposition, asset management, valuation, financing, as well as the preparation of the company’s quarterly financial reports for Fairbourne’s operating partners.

Anna Fudala
Senior Portfolio Manager
Anna works with our institutional partners in the management of 1.3 million square foot retail portfolio. She is responsible for the day-to-day management, preparation of business plans, annual operating budgets, monthly financial reporting, capital expenditures, maintenance and oversight of third-party vendors.

Donna Dardon
Senior Portfolio Manager
Donna is responsible for an approximately two million square feet portfolio of power centers, community centers and grocery-anchored shopping centers for Fairbourne. Her responsibilities include budget preparation, capital expenditures management, lease compliance, reconciliations, tenant/investor communications, maintenance and oversight of third-party vendors.
