
Laura joined Fairbourne Properties in January 2019, bringing over 10 years of prior experience in commercial real estate. As Senior Manager of Acquisitions and Asset Management, Laura works alongside the Company’s President, David Harvey, to lead the firm’s investment strategy, sourcing, and execution of commercial retail opportunities across its national portfolio, which totals more than 7 million square feet and approximately $1.7 billion in assets under management. She is responsible for originating and underwriting new investment opportunities, structuring transactions, securing financing, and cultivating new capital partnerships to support the firm’s continued growth. Laura maintains strong relationships within the brokerage and investment community, providing access to proprietary deal flow and valuable market intelligence. In addition to her acquisition’s responsibilities, Laura plays an active role in portfolio performance, supporting leasing, asset management, and construction decisions to drive value creation across existing investments.
Prior to joining Fairbourne, Laura worked in the Commercial Mortgage Finance Group at Draper and Kramer, where she specialized in the placement of traditional mortgage debt, mezzanine financing, equity, and note repurchases. In this role, she helped identify, structure, and execute optimal financing solutions for institutional and middle-market real estate clients.
Laura is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and currently serves as Vice Chair of Membership for the Commercial Retail and Development (CRC) Silver National Product Council.
