Vivian is responsible for the real estate operations and property management for Fairbourne Properties. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, budget approval and management, capital expenditures and maintenance, and oversight of third-party vendors.

 

Vivian has over thirty years of real estate property management experience in all aspects of the shopping center industry including construction and project management.  She develops value enhancement, leasing, and physical improvement strategies and oversees the marketing activities and specialty leasing initiatives of Fairbourne’s portfolio. Vivian also evaluates potential acquisitions from the point-of-view of property management considerations and has been directly involved in the redevelopment of over 6 million square feet of retail properties.

 

Prior to joining Fairbourne, Vivian was previously Vice President of Retail Property Management for M & J Wilkow.  She also worked at the headquarters of KFC National Management Company for ten years in their Real Estate and Construction office in various capacities including financial analysis of store development and market research. 

 

Vivian attended the University of Louisville and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
