Happy Bell serves as Senior Portfolio Manager at Fairbourne Properties, bringing more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience across retail, office, and mixed-use properties. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions with Fairbourne
Properties, Lincoln Property Company, JLL, CBRE, and Simon Property Group, building extensive expertise in property operations, asset performance, and portfolio management.

At Fairbourne, Happy provides strategic and operational oversight focused on maximizing property performance, maintaining high standards of operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships with tenants, ownership, and service partners. Her
expertise spans financial management, capital projects, tenant relations, vendor management, property operations, and team leadership.

Known for her hands-on and collaborative leadership style, Happy takes a solutions-oriented approach to identifying opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and financial performance. Prior to joining Fairbourne, she served as Director of Retail
Property Management for Lincoln Property Company, where she led operations for a portfolio exceeding 3 million square feet of retail, office, and mixed-use properties. Happy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of
Tulsa and is a Senior Certified Marketing Director (SCMD) through ICSC.
