Gerard Amlin has over 35 years of very successful operational and sustainability development
experience. He joined Fairbourne in 2017 as the Regional Operations Director and is responsible for
using competitive intelligence in preparing Fairbourne’s large open-air lifestyle portfolio to meet changes
within the market.

As the Regional Operations Director, Gerard plays a vital role in the success of the centers he oversees,
and ultimately Fairbourne by providing key information to the asset’s ownership, managers, and leasing
teams’ effort towards successful tenant procurement.
