Zoran Urosevic specializes in the acquisition of CBD office buildings and regionally dominant open-air retail centers.  After acquisition, Zoran remains involved as an asset manager working closely with the joint venture institutional capital partner to implement the execution of the strategic business plan.

Zoran has acquired and redeveloped over 5 million square feet of office and retail properties over his 25 plus year career.  He has worked in multiple markets during his career including Texas, Florida, Illinois, Washington, D.C., Ohio, and South Carolina.  He holds a BS in Accounting from Southern Illinois University and is a member of multiple real estate associations.
