Senior Portfolio Manager

Donna is responsible for an approximately two million square feet portfolio of power centers, community centers and grocery-anchored shopping centers.  Her responsibilities include budget preparation, capital expenditures management, lease compliance, reconciliations, tenant/investor communications, maintenance and oversight of third-party vendors.

Donna has over 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry.  Prior to joining Fairbourne, she worked for a Chicago based real estate firm managing various retail assets.  Her experience include a five year tenure with Heitman Investment Services overseeing all aspects of accounting portfolio of office, retail and college student housing projects.

Donna received a BBA in accounting from St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana and a Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.
